There are times when you aren’t feeling particularly fantastic and you just want to find something to blame everything on. This is one of those days for me. My acne has grown a touch worse, thanks to my lunch. A new employee started at my company today and so we all went out to an upscale burger place. I find it exceptionally hard to miss out on a juicy burger, this one topped with melted American cheese, deep-fried onion rings, and a somewhat tangy barbecue sauce. Naturally, none of these things are good for keeping the acne away, and sure enough, I started feeling some sore spots on my face where the initial sprout of a breakout was preparing itself to make a full on attack.

Maybe a good step forward is a regular morning routine. One of the key aspects here for handling your stress is the section about meditating. Personally, I like to try to do a 20 minute yoga routine every morning. It is a calming element of the day and gets you in the right mindset to move forward. That being said, I’ve been a little bad about trying to sleep in lately. I really should get back on this routine…
